Return & Exchange
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact Us for online help within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process. Not all items are returnable or refundable. Please read our return policy before making your purchase.

Items bought on "Clearance Item, No returns or exchanges All Sales Final" Please note these items will be clearly marked as such before purchase and will be clearly documented on receipt after purchase.

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery. Please indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality issues. Please Note : We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without Contacting us first. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing.

After receiving instructions and a return address from us, You will have 14 days to ship items to the return address we provide you. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your expense unless, a mistake is made by Bella's Online Store.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), A confirmation that we have received the items will be sent via email as well as whether the returned items are approved or declined for refund. If declined, a reason will be provided at that time.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the date we received the returned item(s)
Cancellation:
A 10% cancellation fee will be applied when canceling an order however please note: We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “In transit”.
